When is my booking secured?
Your reservation is secured after a deposit has been paid and you receive a confirmation email from the hotel.
How are special offers paid?
Special offers require full payment when reserving. First send your request; the hotel checks availability and then confirms the amount to pay.
What happens if I do not arrive?
The hotel’s published policy charges 50% of the reservation for a no-show.
What if I leave early?
The hotel’s published policy charges 50% of the remaining balance if you depart before the agreed date.
Is parking available?
There is free parking for up to four cars, on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces cannot be reserved.
