We are happy you have chosen the beautiful island of Skiathos for your holidays.
The whole world has gone through a very difficult time and actually is still going on but we are confident everything will end soon in a positive way resulting in the full enjoyment of your holidays.
Rest assured we will do our best to ensure this will happen however until this pandemic is over, we are obliged by law to enforce some very simple rules for the benefit of all of us.
The time is approaching fast for your well deserved holidays at our hotel and we kindly ask you to make a note and adhere the instructions that are required to take place.
Prior to your arrival:
It would be helpful to let us know your flight number as well as the estimated arrival time at our hotel.
We would appreciate if the payment for your stay could be done contactless and prior to your arrival.
So we will charge the reservation (which is non refundable)
a few days before arrival
Please be aware that according to the Greek regulation you must complete a form with your details prior to your arrival.
Arrival on the island:
The taxi rank is located outside the arrivals hall at the airport and we are less than 10 minutes away.
Please note that according to the current legislation during the pandemic period only 2 people maximum are allowed in a taxi at any time.
Some taxis accept card payments but they are very few.
Arrival at the hotel:
Please make your way to the reception, someone will welcome you and give you your room key together with the power card that are always sterilized.
For your own safety you must were a mask,
we do the same and although you can’t see us please rest assured that a big smile is hiding behind it!
Your key card is already cleaned and sterilized.
Your room has been cleaned, sterilized carefully and remained empty for almost 24 hrs before your arrival
So much prior to your arrival as during your stay, the best possible cleaning will be provided to you.
According to the new Greek law during this pandemic, daily room cleaning is not compulsory. Linen is changed depending on your stay and normally every 2-3 days. Should you wish linen to be changed earlier than the scheduled date, you are kindly requested to place them in the special bag provided.
We are daily at the hotel should you need anything and you can find us either at the reception or the garden and the Swell beach bar.

The use of coffee maker, kettle or electrical appliances to make tea is not allowed according to the hygiene protocol.
Should you wish to have a hot drink, the hotel’s beach bar is open from 8 am.
In case you don’t feel well please contact us immediately.
The hotel cooperates with a doctor who complies with the National Public Health Organisation regarding COVID and is well trained.
Please feel like you are at home and talk to us regarding any concerns you may have if you are feeling unwell.
We are only about 1 km away from the centre with easy access to the public health centre or private clinic and to 3 of the 5 chemists that the island has.
It is recommended to air your room as often as you can and to use the air condition as little as possible.
We understand it is summer and it may be difficult but it is for your own safety.
We can assure you that the air con filters have been stelised properly and officially by a professional company.
Please rest assured we will do our utmost so you have a comfort stay at our hotel, we want you to feel safe so please don’t hesitate to share with us any points of concern you may have – this is a “different” and “difficult” summer for us all.
